  • Record incidents, safeguarding concerns, maintenance jobs, and relevant information using IT systems
  • Ensure the premises remains clean and tidy through housekeeping and maintenance tasks
  • Carry out cleaning duties including communal areas, offices, stairwells, kitchens, lounges, and outside areas

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can build positive relationships and remain calm under pressure
  • Has an empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgemental approach
  • Can work effectively with others and value differences within teams
  • Maintains confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Is competent using IT systems including Microsoft Office, Teams, and case management databases
  • Has experience working with young people including challenging behaviour, substance misuse, and/or mental health issues (desirable)
