Welcome to YMCA Cheshire

An inclusive Christian organisation, we provide accommodation and support for local people experiencing homelessness, care leavers, unaccompanied asylum seeking children, and refugees. In addition, we provide a range of community activities for children, families and the socially isolated. We also run a café and property maintenance service as training opportunities for our service users.

Are you passionate about helping people find the right support at the right time? We are looking for a dedicated Social Prescribing Link Worker to join the YMCA Cheshire team!

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between local GP practices and the community. You’ll work closely with individuals to listen to their needs and connect them with non-clinical services that improve their health and wellbeing.

Sleep Easy doesn’t aim to replicate homelessness. When we lie under the same sky, we open our hearts, widen our understanding, and step closer to change.

We are beyond excited to share that our amazing participants have raised almost £3,000 so far, through online and offline donations! 💰 This total makes a massive difference in our ability to provide housing and vital youth support services across Cheshire.
