GLO Hub offers flexible meeting, conference and training room hire in Crewe, conveniently located at YMCA Cheshire on Gresty Road, just a few minutes’ walk from Crewe Railway Station.
Whether you are bringing a small team together around the table or delivering a training session for a larger group, GLO Hub provides practical, welcoming spaces designed to help you get people together, share ideas and get things done.
And when you book with GLO Hub, your booking has a wider purpose too. As part of GLO Enterprises, income generated through our services helps support the work of YMCA Cheshire.
Our venue provides two primary spaces equipped with a lot of ad-on such as digital projection, flipcharts, and free Wi-Fi, with fresh coffee and tea available from the onsite GLO Café.

Gresty Suit
A professional conference room for up to 16 people, featuring conference-style seating, a projector screen, smart TV, Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, and a separate breakout space. Perfect for meetings, presentations, and team discussions.
Williams Suit
A flexible training room for up to 50 people, with theatre-, boardroom-, and classroom-style layouts, digital projection, Wi‑Fi, and a separate breakout space. Ideal for workshops, presentations, and group sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions
The following room layouts are available. Capacity of the rooms will vary depending on style selected. If you would like a different layout than those below, please provide details/diagrams at the time of booking.

- The Conference Room seats 16 people around the conference table, or 25 people with no table.
- The Training Room can seat 20 board room style, 32 cabaret style or 50 theatre style.
- Tea/Coffee urns can be made available to delegates at an additional cost of £2 per person.
- Our GLO Café is open Monday–Saturday 7am-2pm. You can book food and drink ahead of time or on the day which can be added to the invoice.
– Fresh Coffee and Tea can be pre-purchased at £2 per drink, per person
– Meals can be pre-ordered before the event or on the morning – See our menu.
– A buffet can also be provided. Please contact the office to discuss buffet options.
- If any of your delegates have allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we can ensure food is prepared for them.
- There is limited parking places at the rear of the building and there is plenty of street parking.
- We can guarantee parking at the venue for the course leader.
- The Crewe Alex Football Ground pay and display car park is 2 minute walk away.
- The cost of hiring the Conference Room is £120 for a full day, £60 for a half day, £20 per hour (including VAT).
- The cost of hiring the Training Room is £180 for a full day, £90 for a half day (including VAT).
- Wi-fi is available in all rooms.
- The Conference Room has a Smartboard, laptop, digital projector and flipcharts.
- The Training Room has a digital projector, laptop, and flipcharts.
- There is no extra charge for using these items.

- Payment can be made by bacs or by cheque. An invoice will be sent to you following the room hire date. For recurring / multiple dates, invoices will be sent monthly.
- A card payment can be made at our main reception (Monday-Friday 9am-4pm) in person only. We are unable to take card payments over the phone.
